Can I cancel my subscription? Yep! Anytime, no questions asked. You can manage your subscription directly through the customer portal linked in your confirmation email.

What comes in my snail mail envelope? It'll be different every month — that's part of the fun. There will always be a personal letter from me, an activity or two, and a few other surprises I've been dreaming up. Think of it as a little care package from a friend who gets it.

When will my envelope arrive? Letters go out between the 14-15th of each month. Delivery times vary depending on where you live and how fast USPS is feeling that day — usually within 1-2 weeks. No tracking, because that's part of the magic.

What's the deadline to sign up each month? Sign up by the 10th of the month to get that month's letter. Sign up after the deadline and you'll start with the following month.

How much does it cost? $12 a month. That's it. No hidden fees, no shipping surprises.

Do you ship internationally? Right now The Gentle Dispatch ships within the US only. International friends — stay tuned.
