+ What methods and techniques do you use?

Each person is unique in what methods are going to be best suited for them but I almost always use some combination of hypnotherapy, tapping (EFT), and somatic therapy throughout our time together.

+ What does hypnosis feel like?

In hypnosis you may feel calm, euphoric, focused, secure and relieved or perhaps nothing at all. Hypnosis is different for everyone — there is NO right way to experience hypnosis.

Even if you don’t realize it, you're already familiar with hypnosis! Every morning when you first wake up and every night just before you fall asleep you go into a light state of hypnosis. When watching a good TV show or movie, reading a great book, deep into a hobby, or daydreaming, you go into a similar state of hypnosis.

+ Can anyone go into hypnosis?

Yes, everyone can be hypnotized and there is no correct way to go into hypnosis — it is an absolute myth that only some people can be hypnotized.

+ How many sessions do I need?

I work with Empowered Healing clients in a 1-month container. Committing to this amount of time allows us to dive deeper into the root causes and truly rewire the subconscious mind to create lasting changes.

+ What's the difference between Hypnotherapy and Hypnosis?

Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to bring you to a deeply relaxed and focused state where you can work on the goals that are most important to you and heal the pain that is leading to habits and pattern that don't serve you.

+ Are you Licensed & Certified Hypnotherapist?

Yes, I hold a certification with the International Association of Counselors &Therapists (a premier association for holistic practitioners). I suggest you never work with a Hypnotherapist that has not gone through training — your mind, thoughts, and beliefs are sacred and you don’t want just anyone in there.
